Rent the Barn

This is a genuine Texas barn on land farmed since the 1850s — not a polished event factory. We book by conversation, not by an online cart, so we can match your day to the right space and get the details right.

Every event you host here helps fund the field trips, education programs, and the upkeep of a working farm. When you rent the barn, you keep the classroom open.

The Main Hall

Our largest, climate-controlled space, lined with tack walls and ready for long tables. It's the heart of most weddings, reunions, and fundraisers we host.

Zion Lutheran Church

A restored 19th-century country church, with air conditioning and heat, made for ceremonies and intimate gatherings.

Extension Hall

An add-on that opens up space for a bigger crowd. It's rented with the Main Hall only — there's no restroom on that side, so it works as overflow, not a standalone room.

Rates are reduced for non-Saturday events. We accept credit cards with a small processing fee. Nonprofits — ask us about adjusted rates for your fundraiser.

Good to Know

A few honest things to know before you book, so there are no surprises on your day.

Liability insurance is required

Every event needs event liability insurance. It's straightforward to add through your insurer or an online provider, and we'll point you in the right direction.

Alcohol through an approved bartender

We don't hold a liquor license, so any alcohol must be served by an approved bartending service. We're glad to share who we've worked with before.

Bring your own caterer

Food is wide open here. Use any caterer you like, or bring your own — there's no required vendor list and no kitchen surcharge.

Decorate on your rental day

Setup and decorating happen on the day you've rented. Need the space the day before too? We can add it at an hourly rate.

It's a real barn — country & casual

Expect wood, history, and a little character. This is a working heritage farm, not a sterile ballroom — and that's exactly why people love it here.

A couple of event types we can't host

Our spaces and setup aren't the right fit for every gathering — quinceañeras, for example, are one we're not able to accommodate. If you're unsure, just ask and we'll be straight with you.
